| 1. Night Viewing is allowed from November 2004 onwards. (2004-2010) |
| 2. The Taj Shall open for nights i.e., the full moon night every month and two nights before and two night after. In case any of these fall on a friday night, night viewing of the Taj shall not be permissible.

| 6. A maximum no. of 400 people in eight batches of 50 persons each, shall only be allowed to view the taj, on any one night. Each group shall be allowed to view the Taj Mahal for a duration of 30 minutes only. |
